Cafe Roma was established in downtown Cleveland in May of 2003. Whitney Orr is the current owner and one of the original employees that helped launch the restaurant. He has managed, catered, served, and worked in the kitchen over the past 20 years. Cafe Roma was Cleveland's first fine dining restaurant and has an outstanding reputation for consistently excellent cuisine with friendly service. We urge you to join us for lunch or dinner, allow us to host your private party, or join us for one of our special events throughout the year.

Whitney is a Cleveland native and has lived in the area his entire life. He is active in several local organizations and regularly contributes to area charities and schools. He has three children - Jacob and his wife Merissa, Caine, and Olivia along with one grandson-Theo.

Whitney would like to take this opportunity to thank his late wife Carmen, who succumbed to cancer in 2018. It had always been their collective dream to own a restaurant like Cafe Roma, and he feels she would've been proud. He wants to thank his friends, family, and loyal customers for their support and for spreading the kind words that allow this business to grow. And most importantly, he wants to thank his longtime employees that have put forth so much effort and dedication over the years. This endeavor wouldn't be possible without you!
